What I take off your plate

What is a creative rollout?

One master creative goes in. Hundreds of localized, production-ready assets come out, across 10 to 20 languages and ready for release. Štěpán has managed rollouts on this scale for 5+ years at agencies like Havas and Prose on Pixels, on accounts including JBL, JDE/L'OR, Sudocrem and Lidl/Parkside.

01

Campaign guardian

Most rollouts have a brand guardian. Fewer have a campaign guardian: someone who sits between the global client and production, understands both sides, and makes sure the campaign arrives intact in every market.

  • Complete overview of masters, countries in scope and the status of every market’s requests at all times
  • Technical depth to catch conflicts before they become revision rounds: format constraints, local legal requirements, safe zones, localization pitfalls most people only discover mid-campaign
  • Two-way translation: production realities into language the global client understands, client direction back into instructions the studio can act on
  • Design, video and localization experience that lets me spot problems a straight project manager would miss

Without this role, communication fragments. Markets call studios directly. Studios give conflicting answers. Problems that take five minutes to solve run for weeks instead. I keep that from happening.

02

Global localization & rollout management

This is what I do best. You hand me one campaign. I deliver it in every market.

  • Adapting and localizing hundreds of assets across 10 to 20 languages
  • Managing the full rollout: timeline, network, quality control
  • Working with my own network of designers and editors, or directing yours
  • Translation between Dutch, Czech and English where it counts
  • A senior point of contact who has done this for global brands

Already have a creative team? I'll steer them. Need a crew? I'll bring mine. Your campaign goes live everywhere, on time, on brand.

03

Creative adaptation & DOOH

20+ years on the design side mean I speak your designers' language and I know what works on screen.

  • One creative, adapted into dozens of formats
  • DOOH for large-format: buildings, ships, trams, buses
  • Static and animated banners for web and social
  • Print-ready files and supplier advice from A to Z
  • Graphic design: corporate identity applications, ad creatives and branded visuals across formats
04

Process advice

Most people advising on process have one background in this industry. I have four: senior project manager, graphic designer, video editor and translator. That combination means I see your workflow from every angle: where the brief will cause revision rounds three weeks later, where the format breaks across markets, where the approval chain quietly adds two weeks to every deadline. I audit it, flag the problems and give you practical fixes. AI tools included, since I use them every day.

05

Online, video & voice

When a client needs more, I cover it directly or through my network.

  • Video editing: resizing and adapting existing material, converting a still ad into a motion version
  • Animated video and full-motion productions through my freelance network
  • Online and social content
  • Czech and Dutch voice recording for AI training
06

Sound recording & VO session management

Localization doesn't stop at text. Most rollouts need voice: and that's where adaptations quietly fall apart. I run the sound side end to end, in any language.

Six months studying music production at SAE means I know how a studio functions from the inside. I can direct a VO session knowing what the engineer is doing and why. Fewer misunderstandings, faster decisions, no time lost explaining what should happen next.

I cast the voice (or re-book your brand's regular talent), brief the studio, and manage the recording session from the booth. For any language that isn't mine, I bring in a native-language copywriter, so the script sounds written, not translated: and fits the picture before anyone hits record. No scrambling for rewrites mid-session, no extra studio hours, no ad-hoc changes the client never approved.

You get a clean, on-brand final mix, signed off and delivered to post-production, ready to air.

Got a campaign that needs to run everywhere?

Send the briefing. I make it land in every market.

Tell me what you're working on: the markets, the languages, the formats. I'll come back with a timeline and an indication of cost.
