Who's behind Chilliez

Štěpán Hlucháň, founder of Chilliez

I'm Štěpán Hlucháň. For 15+ years I've worked in advertising, marketing and localization, and for 20+ years on the graphic design side, in agencies and as a senior project manager and director on global rollouts.

At Prose on Pixels, Hercules and Havas I led campaigns where one master creative became hundreds of localized assets in 10 to 20 languages. I directed the teams, guarded the brand and hit the deadlines.

These rollouts run on people: graphic designers, video editors, translators. I orchestrate my own network when you need hands, and I step into your team when you already have them. You get one senior lead who keeps the whole thing moving.

I'm a graphic designer who became a translator, and a translator who runs creative production. That mix is rare. It means I see the whole chain, from the idea to the file that ships.

Chilliez is where I bring it together. Personal and professional. Fast and accurate.

Why "Chilliez"?

It's been my nickname for over 25 years. I used to love spicy food, the hotter the better, and the name stuck. These days my health keeps me off the chillies, but the name stayed. It still fits: bring the heat, then deliver something clean.
